The Rozinx is a place where many people meet every day from the entire world. To maintain order and a comfortable environment for everyone, some rules must be respected and followed to avoid punishment.
The staff team reserves the right to stop destructive behaviour in the game, on the official website or in any other part of Rozinx services. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Names
a) Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable.
b) Names containing parts of sentences, nonsensical combinations of letters or invalid formattings are prohibited.
c) Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
d) Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the rules.
*Note that some of these rules above can be broken due to the fun in the game, but keep in mind that you can NEVER bully anyone. The staff team has the right to force anyone to change their name, at any time and/or take more serious measures.
2. Statements
a) Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.
b) Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.
c) Advertising brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
d) Disclosing personal data of other people.
e) Statements that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the rules.
e) Advertising a character or an account to sell or buy.
*Note that some of these rules above can be broken due to the fun in the game, but keep in mind that you can NEVER bully anyone. The staff team has the right to mute anyone, at any time and for as long as it deems necessary and/or take more serious measures.
3. Cheating
a) Exploiting obvious errors of the game ("bugs"). If you find an error you must report immediately.
b) Intentional abuse of weaknesses in the gameplay.
c) Trying to steal other players account data ("hacking").
d) Playing on more than five account at the same time ("multi-clienting").
4. Staff Team
a) Threatening a staff member because of his or her actions or position.
b) Pretending to be a staff member or to have influence on the decisions of one.
c) Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to a staff member concerning his or her investigations or making false reports about rule violations.
d) Publishing clearly wrong information about or calling a boycott against Rozinx or its services.
5. Player Killing
a) Excessive killing of characters who are not marked with a "skull" on worlds which are not PvP-enforced.
*Note that killing marked characters is not a reason for a banishment.
6. Legal Issues
a) Attacking, disrupting or damaging the operation of any Rozinx server, the game or any other part of Rozinx services.
b) Violating any applicable law, the Rozinx Service Agreement or rights of third parties.
7. Miscellaneous
a) Attempts to defraud the donation system by anyway.
Violating or attempting to violate the rules may lead to a temporary suspension of characters and accounts. In severe cases the removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of characters and accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined at the sole discretion of staff team and can be imposed without any previous warning.
